At Anand Shoes of Stamford, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original brand box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure they remain in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our Stamford location, we will process your refund.
